Watery coffee, stale pastries, rude staff and nothing for people with lactose intolerance, rude staff. Two "apfeltraum" and 2 coffees for €10. Total waste of time and money. FAIL.

The store is actually very nice; but if you take a closer look you no longer: outdated furniture, missing cutlery. The kitchen is separated from coffee only by half a wall and you can get everything from the kitchen: noises, disputes, smells. The condition is very nice and helpful, the best in the store.
